Marilee Marshall has defended clients, at both the trial and appellate level, accused of  all major felonies.  Her cases have involved, murder, conspiracy to commit murder, gang related homicide, women who have killed their abusive spouses, robbery, kidnapping, all types of sex crimes, including rape and child molestation, assault, domestic violence, fraud, theft, drug and firearm related offenses. 

She represents clients on death row who are appealing their convictions and has had substantial success in helping lifers obtain parole through her work at both the Superior Court and Appellate levels.
Ms. Marshall is one of only a handful of California Attorneys certified by the California State Bar in more than one practice area. We are proud of our poster collection and particularly the prison art which adorns our walls.
