Christine’s dedication to criminal defense work, in addition to her well honed research and writing skills make her an asset to the firm and to her clients. She spends her busy days writing appellate briefs and petitions for writs of habeas corpus to be filed in both state and federal court. Her calendar is also filled with upcoming parole hearings and related writs with which our firm continues to have substantial success.
Prior to joining Marilee Marshall and Associates, Christine worked with the Innocence Projects in Los Angeles and San Diego investigating claims of actual innocence. She has also assisted in capital habeas work at the Office of the Federal Public Defender and despite her busy schedule finds time to assist Marilee on her ongoing capital cases.
